CUSTOM PET PORTRAIT
Custom pet portraits are truly unique. Get a painting of you own pet, or as a gift for your crazy cat lady friend - even if you don't even have a pet but you would
like me to paint a weird and wonderful dragon (or whatever else tickles your fancy) for you - just get in touch and I will create something just for you.
How it works
This is how you get your custom pet portrait. Please read the following
instructions carefully.

Drawing Style
I am offering 4 different drawing styles at the moment. All of them are drawn personally by myself and by hand. You can choose between
- Watercolour
- Ink
- Minimal Digital
- Realistic Digital
While Watercolour and Ink pieces are drawn directly on Hahnemühle 200g/m² mould-made watercolour paper, the Realistic and Minimal Digital pieces are drawn digitally and eventually printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 paper.

Number of Pets
If you would like to have more than one pet in your portrait please choose the number of pets. If you prefer to have one pet only, feel free to skip this step. Please keep in mind that the small format 12x17cm is not recommendable for more than 1 pet.

This selection is a must in order to proceed correctly with your order. I am offering a few different sizes at the moment - I have divided them by the standard EU and American sizes. For sizes not listed here, just send me a message before you order and I am happy to make you an individual offer.

Colour
For my Digital Paintings you may choose a background colour, for the Ink and Watercolour paintings you can simply skip this step as the background will be the paper colour. Here you will find a selection of 19 uni colours and 6 gradients. If you wish to have a custom colour, no problem at all, just select custom and send me the colour code - make sure to check out my FAQ though.

pay
After you have chosen your perfect size, you pay easily via PayPal. As the painting is custom made for you I hope you understand that I am asking for an upfront payment.
send pet name & photo
Once you have placed your order it is time to send your pet name and photo to info@fluffyfellows.com. Please make sure the name is spelled correctly. For the collage I need at least 4 photos of your four-legged friend. Alternatively, you can give me your instagram name and I will select some photos – this would be the surprise option.
As you can see from the gallery I like to add little details to the sketch. So if you cat was a master caterpillar hunter, then that qualifies as a pretty strange but highly important piece of information that I try to consider.
The Graphic Portrait is not as detailed as The Classic Portrait. Therefore your
photos do not necessarily have to be as high-definition. However, they should still be clear, sharp, light and not too small. You cannot do any wrong with a good photo. If you are not sure you
can always check out my FAQ.
draw
This is the fun part. I will get to work and let you know when you can expect a draft of your drawing. This date depends on how many open orders I have, the time of the year (i.e. Christmas!) but also on how fast you communicate back to me. Generally your custom portrait will be ready within 1-2 weeks. If you need it for a special date it is always advisable to do get in touch with me as early as possible. Remember I do not produce staple goods but handmade custom pieces. And I want to draw your pet with attention to the little details.
confirm proof
Before I package and ship your painting I will send you a proof. With this proof there is the possibility to make some minor changes, for example, change the background colour or positioning of your pet name. Please note that if you would like to have a major change, for example exchange one pose completely I will have to charge extra - check out my FAQ for more information. Any changes due to a mistake of mine will not be charged of course.
wait & get excited
Once you are happy with the result and have confirmed the proof you can lean back and wait for the postman - or look for a pretty frame in the meantime.
